Company Picnics & Events
Bring your company event to a place where everyone can have fun and enjoy a great day outdoors-the Walters' Farm. The farm is now open from March through November to host company picnics, reunions, retreats, and other events where diverse groups love our variety of activities.
Walters' Farm is also the home of Walters' Pumpkin Patch, which has been entertaining families with farm fun for over a decade. With our new buildings, we now have over 30 picnic tables under cover, and another 10 tables in the pavilion. Of course, if your group is larger, we can also work with you to arrange additional tents, tables and accommodations.
We have a certified kitchen and serving facility, and will be happy to discuss your groups menu. Many guests enjoy our country cuisine, with delicious barbeque, baked beans from our giant cast iron hanging pot, cole slaw, potato salad, and of course our signature pumpkin roll dessert! (Alcohol can be brought in for private parties only.)
At Walters' Farm, we recognize that your company and their families represent many different interests and may enjoy a variety of activities. 
Children need to be able to run and play while the adults may prefer conversation, a round of our Graveyard Golf (giant clubs and 5" balls), or a stroll along the nature walk past our branch of the Walnut River. Children and families love the giant jumping pillow, the underground slide, and the activities by the pond, including paddle boats. In the fall, we also have a challenging corn maze, great pumpkin patch, and a variety of special fall activities.
Please call us today to discuss your groups activity. We accept group reservations from March through November. In September and October, our groups share the farm with the general public and we have only limited times for private parties due to our high volume of guests at that time. We can still arrange private hayrides or campfires-bring your own food or arrange for us to have your hotdogs, hamburgers or other favorites ready when your guests arrive.
